Refund Policy

Scope of the Policy

This refund policy regulates the sale, delivery, and possible refund processes of all digitally licensed products offered through our platform. Since digital products do not have a physical equivalent, refund conditions differ significantly from traditional product returns. The customer acknowledges that, due to the nature of digital products, delivery occurs instantly upon completion of the purchase and that special processing procedures apply. License codes, activation keys, serial numbers, and all virtual delivery components are included within the scope of this policy. Since product delivery is provided electronically, the customer gains immediate access following order confirmation. This policy has been prepared in accordance with the applicable consumer legislation regarding digital content.

Conditions for Refund Requests

Refund requests for digital products may be submitted within a maximum of 14 days, in accordance with the upper limits specified in applicable legislation. However, due to the consumable nature of digital products, this period is only valid if the license or code has not been used. The customer is obliged to submit the refund request in writing, and the request will be reviewed and evaluated by the seller. Submitting a refund request does not mean that the refund has been accepted; the seller reserves the right to examine the product’s technical data, verify the request, and reject it if necessary. Unlike physical products, digital products do not provide an unconditional right of return. Therefore, each request is evaluated individually and carefully by the seller.

Serial or License Code Usage Status

The usage status of the license or serial code is the most critical determining factor in the refund process. If the product has never been activated, the seller may process the refund if deemed appropriate. However, if the license code has been activated, a refund is strictly not possible, as this action is technically irreversible. Activation is completed when the code is entered and verified in the system, and from that moment the code is considered assigned to a single user. Since a used code cannot be resold, canceled, or reclaimed, this situation falls outside the scope of refunds for both legal and technical reasons. By completing the purchase, the customer is deemed to have accepted these conditions in advance.

Seller’s Discretion

Refund processes related to digital products are entirely at the seller’s discretion. The seller has the right to examine refund requests based on technical data, security records, and usage history. Each customer request is evaluated independently by considering special circumstances, risk factors, and previous transaction history. The seller may reject requests that raise suspicion of misuse or that do not match the technical records. Although refund requests are evaluated within the framework of customer satisfaction, the seller is not obligated to provide refunds due to the nature of digital products. The entire evaluation process is carried out with a transparent approach aimed at protecting platform security and license integrity.

Refund Process

Refund requests submitted by customers are recorded by the support team and forwarded to the technical verification stage. At this stage, the activation status of the license code, usage history, and system records are examined. If it is determined that the code has not been used, the request is submitted for seller approval and may be approved if deemed appropriate. Once the refund is approved, the payment will be returned to the customer’s payment method within 3–10 business days, depending on the payment method and the bank’s processing times. If activation is detected or inconsistencies are found in the records, the request will be rejected and the decision will be communicated to the customer in writing. Rejected requests are based on technical and legal grounds and are not reconsidered.

Technical Verification Process

Each license code is associated with a unique usage record within our system. During the activation process, technical data such as date, time, IP address, and device information are securely recorded. These records are evaluated to determine definitively whether the license has been used. If activation is clearly detected in the technical records, the refund request is automatically rejected. In the event of any technical inconsistency regarding the usage status of the code, the seller reserves the right to conduct additional investigations. All technical checks are carried out in accordance with data security and privacy principles.

Customer Responsibilities

Before completing a purchase, the customer is responsible for carefully reviewing the digital product’s content, usage terms, activation processes, and technical requirements. Purchases made due to failure to read product descriptions, incorrect usage, or insufficient technical knowledge do not grant the right to a refund. The customer is responsible for the security of the license code delivered to them and must not share it with third parties or use it in violation of the terms of use. Loss, theft, or accidental sharing of the code does not constitute grounds for a refund. If additional information or verification is requested by the seller, the customer is obliged to provide the necessary data.
